Empower & Clarity Reiki Circle
Join us for a monthly Reiki circle designed to help you slow down, release overwhelm, and reconnect with your sense of clarity and inner steadiness.
This small-group experience offers a supportive environment where you can receive Reiki, gently reset your nervous system, and take time for quiet reflection. Whether you are new to Reiki or experienced, all are welcome.
What to Expect
Each session includes grounding practices, a short guided meditation, and a shared Reiki experience in a calm, respectful setting. You'll have the opportunity to both give and receive Reiki (as comfortably as you'd like), followed by quiet integration.
